Make the most of your vacant space with our installed furnishing and decor to turn an empty house into a more inviting and appealing home for potential buyers.
We offer a variety of packages in different price points to meet any budget. The more areas that are staged, the more interest you’ll get from buyers, meaning more showings, more offers, and a higher percentage of your list price. The rooms below are listed in order of priority, meaning the rooms that buyers most want to see staged.
Monthly Rental Fees aim to be between 45 and 60% of the total initial installation charge. The Monthly Rental Fee will be included on your estimate prior to signing the contract.
We book installations on a first-come, first served basis and require all of following in advance to reserve your installation date:
Confirmation of your preferred method of payment
Return of our contract signed by either homeowners of record or the listing agent(s)
